COVID-19 and Alcohol and other Drugs
Sometimes people use alcohol and other drugs to cope with worries already in their life.
For people who do have alcohol and other drugs or mental health issues, managing this, plus the uncertainty of the Coronavirus may make coping harder.
If you are finding it hard to cope, we strongly encourage you to contact the Alcohol and Drug Support Line and one of our counsellors can direct you to the most appropriate service.

For further information and advice, please call the Coronavirus Health Information Line on 1800 020 080.
If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please dial 000.
